Leasing & Activities Coordinator Location: Holland House Apartments – Virginia Beach, VA Schedule: Full-Time Are you outgoing, organized, and passionate about creating a great experience for residents? We are looking for a Leasing & Activities Coordinator to join our team and play an important role in both leasing our community and keeping residents engaged and connected.

What You’ll Do Leasing Responsibilities Welcome prospective residents and provide property tours. Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospective residents. Assist with applications, lease paperwork, move-ins, and renewals. Maintain accurate leasing and resident information in Yardi. Help achieve occupancy and leasing goals.

Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents. Activities & Resident Engagement Plan and coordinate resident activities, events, and community programs. Develop creative ways to encourage resident participation and build a sense of community. Coordinate event details, including scheduling, supplies, vendors, and communication.

Promote upcoming activities through flyers, emails, social media, and other communication. Gather resident feedback and identify opportunities for new activities and programs. Build positive relationships with residents and help create a welcoming community atmosphere. What We’re Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.

Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Creative and enthusiastic approach to planning resident activities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Previous leasing, property management, hospitality, event planning, or customer service experience preferred.

Yardi experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
