KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Assist in preparing Risk management report from financial risk point-of-view, including but not limited to, financial key risk indicators report. Preparation of ESG reporting to the Group Risk and ESG Committee Monitoring of the risk appetites and tolerance limits Assist in the implementation of Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and stress testing review Assist in reviewing financial risk management matters pertaining to new product development for family takaful Facilitate CRO Independent Opinion on Business plan by consolidating and performing risk assessment on financial plan projection and stress test results Assist in developing scenario and risk factors for ESG & Climate risk stress testing by performing article research Assist in any regulatory requirement for ESG and Climate risk related discussion paper or policy document implementation Assist in performing annual review on risk policies to ensure alignment with Group company and any new regulatory requirement Assist in risk and control profile assessment of Functions/ lines of business, which encompasses independent review and challenge the mitigation action and risk rating Perform Key Control Self-Assessment (KCSA) by evaluating the design and effectiveness of critical end to end processes and controls Undertake ad-hoc tasks e.
g. risk culture campaign, facilitate & prepare training materials for risk training and support secretariat role for Asset Liability Management Committee (ALMCO) and ESG Committee QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE Bachelor of degree or equivalent, in Actuarial, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting or any other major deemed appropriate Certification in ESG/Climate Risk is an added advantage.
At least 2 years experience in financial services industry preferably in Risk Management KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS Poses good knowledge on actuarial and basic finance/accounting Proactive, dependable, and independent in executing assigned responsibilities Good communication skills and work well in a team
