Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)- PAF 105-2026

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Director of Special Education, the Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) assists in providing speech therapy services to identified students in accordance with Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, perform a variety of duties in support of student case management services, maintain records and documentation on students, performs related duties as assigned.

Requirements

/ Qualifications •Associates of Arts degree in Speech Pathology or Communication required. •Valid California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license. Copy of Transcript Letter of Introduction Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 letters of recommendation) Resume Comments and Other Information •Applicants selected for employment will be required to submit fingerprinting and negative TB test attheir own expense.

•Valid California Driver’s License •CPR/First Aid Certification
