Welder

Position Summary:

The MIG Welder is responsible for performing high-quality MIG welding on metal components according to blueprints and production specifications. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of welding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on metal components and fabricated parts

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding specifications

• Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with company standards

• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently

• Perform minor grinding, fitting, and finishing as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of MIG welding experience required

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a manufacturing environment

• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
