Controller

The Controller is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, accounting functions, financial reporting, and internal controls. This position ensures the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information while supporting the company's financial health, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.

Working closely with executive leadership, department managers, and operational teams, the Controller provides financial insight and guidance across the company's maintenance, construction, restoration, and specialty service divisions. The Controller oversees accounting processes, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, job costing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll accounting, and financial compliance.

This position plays a key role in identifying financial trends, improving processes, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring leadership has reliable information to make informed business decisions
