Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is seeking a dedicated Assistant Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations across our on and off-mountain dining outlets. This is a great opportunity for a skilled cook or junior chef ready to step into a leadership role within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Support kitchen leadership in daily operations and food prep execution Ensure food quality, presentation, and cleanliness meet resort standards Train and supervise kitchen staff; lead service when senior chefs are absent Maintain inventory levels, prep lists, and ensure FIFO and labeling compliance Collaborate on seasonal menus and contribute to team success What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of experience in a professional kitchen (fine dining preferred) Strong communication and leadership skills Culinary degree and Serv.
