Major Duties and Responsibilities: Work in the client's home under the direction of written and oral instructions from a Registered Nurse (RN). Perform household procedures essential to the health and safety of the client such as laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

Observes, monitors, and reports on the client’s condition.
