High End Residential Estimator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a High End Residential Estimator based in Brazil. We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Estimator to support the development of ultra-high-end custom residential projects valued at $10M and above.

This role requires extensive construction knowledge, strong technical expertise, and the ability to produce accurate cost estimates for complex building projects. You will oversee detailed material takeoffs, cost modeling, and financial assessments while accounting for challenging construction conditions and remote logistics.

Working directly with the business owner, you will help refine estimating methodologies and ensure the accuracy and reliability of project budgets.
