Lead Staffing Specialist

We are seeking a Lead Staffing Specialist to manage end-to-end staffing activities for an assigned portfolio. You will act as the primary contact for staffing-related coordination with delivery, talent acquisition, and global staffing teams.

involves validating demand, coordinating interviews, managing assignments, and monitoring ramp-downs. The ideal candidate has over eight years of hands-on experience in core staffing and a strong understanding of IT roles and responsibilities. Responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end Staffing for the Portfolio assigned Major activities include Demand validation, proposal addition, next steps, interview coordination, assignments, and ramp-down validations Serve as the Primary point of contact for Staffing for stakeholders from the Delivery, Practices, Talent Acquisition and Global Staffing teams Maintain constant communication with delivery leaders to stay updated on changes in Demand and Headcount Provide timely updates and callout next steps to stakeholders Maintain the hygiene of the internal staffing systems and do daily validation of the current status Monitor and report Staffing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Requirements 8+ years of hands-on experience in core staffing Excellent verbal and written communication Demonstrated hands-on experience using staffing processes & tools Knowledge of IT Skills, Roles, and Responsibilities Experience in handling difficult negotiations and escalations Being responsive, resourceful, and critical thinking with a sense of urgency, paired with a friendly, diplomatic demeanour
