Maintenance Manager

In this position, you will : Oversee the maintenance management of the telecommunication networks, including coordinating and supervising tasks such as installation, fault handling, daily inspections, and emergency repairs. Control the costs associated with installation and maintenance, and conduct regular checks and rectifications of network resources.

Identify potential network issues and formulate repair, rectification, and optimization plans. Responsible for implementing repair projects Focus on the maintenance, inspection and fault removal Collaborate with the construction and maintenance department to complete tasks such as rectification, system upgrade and capacity expansion.

Participate in all aspects of the from design review to project acceptance for the maintenance works. Check and review the project quality on completion documents. Assist and guide the maintenance teams in their daily work related to project resources and management to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the maintenance works Develop targeted communication support solutions for major events and important scenarios to ensure smooth communication.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements: Hold a Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in computer science or telecommunications being preferred. At least 15 years of ICT post-qualification experience in relation to mobile broadband systems with at least 7 years of working experience in the maintenance management of mobile broadband systems deploying 4G or 5G technologies.

Experience in working with mobile network operators (MNO) is preferred. Be familiar with the architecture and operations of telecommunication network Possess strong management skills to lead and train the maintenance team. Have excellent communication, coordination, and customer relations skills, as well as the ability to understand and execute maintenance tasks accurately.
