About the Role
As a Dental Hygienist at Noble, you’ll play a vital role in promoting oral health and preventing dental diseases. You’ll be a key part of a compassionate dental team, delivering care that goes beyond the chair. What You’ll Do Conduct Patient Screenings – Assess oral health, review medical histories, and identify potential concerns Perform Dental Cleanings – Remove plaque, tartar, and stains with precision and care Educate Patients – Provide personalized guidance on brushing, flossing, nutrition, and more Take X-rays & Diagnostics – Capture quality images to assist with diagnosis and treatment planning Apply Preventive Treatments – Administer fluoride and sealants to protect teeth Support the Dentist – Assist during procedures and ensure a comfortable patient experience What You’ll Receive A mission-driven work environment built on teamwork, care, and community impact Competitive salary & comprehensive benefits to support your personal and professional well-being 20 days of PTO (accrual begins your first day!)
