Dealership: L0215 Lithia Kia of Anchorage Lithia Kia of Anchorage Hiring: Shipping/Receiving Clerk Pay: $18.00 - $22.0 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday

• Friday 8am - 5pm We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Why Join Our Team? You'll help ensure parts and inventory move throughout the dealership while supporting our technicians, customers, and our teams.

What You'll Do

Receive incoming parts shipments Verify shipment accuracy and report damaged or missing items Stock, label, and organize inventory for efficient retrieval Pick, package, and prepare parts orders for shipment and delivery Deliver parts to customers, vendors, and dealership departments Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, transfers, and credits Help with inventory counts and annual inventory processes Communicate inventory shortages and discrepancies promptly Safely operate company vehicles Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Partner with the Parts, Service, and Sales teams to support daily operations What You'll Bring 6+ months of warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or parts experience A team-first approach A commitment to providing excellent support to both customers and coworkers Ability to lift and move parts and inventory Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
