Job description
As directed by the RN, the Nurse Associate will assist with the monitoring and coordination of the delivery of health care services for individuals with developmental disabilities who are living in community-based homes. The Nurse Associate will accompany the site RN to weekly site visits and will work in coordination with the site RN to complete tasks associated with the RN responsibilities.
The Nurse Associate will be responsible for working with the site Medical Liaison/Team Leader as directed by the site RN.
