Senior Strategy Business Partner

MISO is seeking a proactive, highly strategic Senior Strategy Business Partner to help shape how our business areas connect to the corporate plan, align goals, and execute against enterprise priorities. This role is ideal for someone who asks powerful questions, navigates complexity with pragmatism, and builds strong, trust based relationships with leaders. Success in this role means creating well articulated business area plans, ensuring they integrate into MISO’s converged plan, strengthening STI metric development and reporting, and maturing planning processes across the organization
