Housing Navigation Coordinator
Job description
As a part of a multidisciplinary Residential Services Team, the Housing Navigation Coordinator role is to create initial contact and rapport with Housing Navigation Center (HNC) clients. Housing Navigation Coordinator receive, greet and check clients into the HNC. Housing Navigation Coordinators provide clients with information pertaining to housing information and resources.
