Field Account Manager

The Field Account Manager is responsible for developing and strengthening customer relationships while driving sales growth, program success, and customer satisfaction within assigned industrial accounts. This position serves as a trusted advisor to customers by identifying opportunities, supporting maintenance and project requirements, coordinating with strategic supplier partners, and delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate possesses strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. This role requires regular interaction with instrumentation, maintenance, operations, and procurement personnel within chemical plants, refineries, and other industrial facilities.
