Associate Financial Trainee (AFT)

Position : Associate Financial Trainee (AFT) Location : Hyderabad, India Reports To : Team Leader / Assistant Manager / Manager Interview Mode: Face to Face Education: Only B.Com/BBA JOB SUMMARY: Employee would be part of transaction processing operations within F&A, would be part of on one of the domains such as AP or AR or GL.

Would be trained on various activities as part of Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations set-in place from time to time. Perform a variety of specialized duties that are assigned as part of the Domain. A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Process transactions as per the SLA (both Accuracy & TAT)
• Updating respective trackers timely and accurately
• Follow-up on the transactions in pending status with dependency
• At month-end, ensure processing of assigned tasks is completed timely & accurately as per the month close calendar.
• Develop a high standard for quality of work and maintain a strong work ethic. Note: All of the above to be in line with company procedure and performance standards.

Basic Qualifications

• Quick Learner & Self-Starter – Push Vs. Pull Factor
• Effective Time Management – Ability to operate well in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Must be flexible and able to work varying / additional hours during busy periods.
• Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with coworkers.
• Strong interpersonal and self-motivational skills.
• Exposure to MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Infor product knowledge a plus, but not required.

EDUCATION

& EXPERIENCE:

• NIL Experience – B. Com. / BBA
• 0-1 Yr. Experience – Graduate in any stream
