Position: Senior Corporate Recruiter 📍 Onsite | Mechanicsburg, PA 🕒 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Full-Time Looking for an opportunity to leverage your recruiting expertise, build relationships with talented professionals, and make a direct impact on the growth of a fast-growing company? West Shore Home is hiring a Senior Corporate Recruiter to support hiring across our corporate departments.

In this role, you’ll develop recruiting strategies, source and engage top talent, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions ranging from individual contributors to mid-level leaders. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role focused on proactive sourcing, relationship building, strategic recruiting, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

What You’ll Do Manage assigned corporate requisitions and develop strategies to attract qualified candidates Proactively source talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting platforms Engage passive candidates through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship building Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening through interviews, offer negotiations, and hiring decisions Conduct phone screens and coordinate candidate assessments and interviews with hiring managers Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide recommendations throughout the hiring process Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate information in the applicant tracking system Help strengthen West Shore Home’s employer brand and attract top talent Support the development and training of other corporate recruiters through knowledge sharing and recruiting best practices Track recruiting performance and meet established key performance indicators (KPIs) What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of agency recruiting experience Experience recruiting for corporate, professional, leadership, or management-level positions preferred Proven ability to source, engage, and successfully place qualified candidates in a fast-paced environment Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate relationship-building skills Demonstrated success working in a metrics-driven environment Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities independently Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and communicate recruiting insights and recommendations Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant recruiting experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO and paid holidays Employee discounts and referral program Career growth opportunities About West Shore Home At West Shore Home, we’re redefining the home remodeling experience.
