Job Summary

Standardization of best practices across clients Pro-actively identifying issues and/or concerns Strong operational knowledge and ability to offer solutions to account teams on what has worked on other programs Drive automation, standardization and training across practice Provide exception customer service Expert in life cycle management Ability to manage higher volume of projects and multitask between them Utilize reporting to drive awareness of results and triage issues Prioritize daily tasks and ability to pivot based on practice needs Drive visibility and communication to leadership on initiative and project progress Drive cost savings Adherence to client time and expense policies Provide weekly/monthly reporting on invoice progress and status Qualifications
