What You’ll Do As a Relief Activities Co-Ordinator, you’ll support our team by leading engaging activities that promote the emotional, physical, and social wellbeing of our residents. You’ll help create a homely and enriching atmosphere, through fun, creativity, and connection. In this role, you will: Organize and lead group and one-to-one activities that promote social, physical, and mental wellbeing Support residents in exploring new hobbies, talents, and pastimes Create a programme of inclusive, engaging, and accessible activities Foster autonomy, confidence, and a sense of purpose through positive engagement Collaborate with nursing and care staff to understand residents’ interests and needs Document participation and progress, including photos and consent where required Help reduce boredom, loneliness, and anxiety by creating a stimulating environment What We Offer Even in a relief role, you’re a valued part of the Silver Stream family — and we support your journey.
