Working with the Accounts Payable team and stakeholders across the business, you’ll process a high volume of invoices and credits, support payment runs, complete reconciliations and month-end activities, and respond to supplier and employee enquiries.

Accuracy and good judgement matter here. Remain alert to fraudulent or irregular payment requests and escalate concerns appropriately. You’ll have experience in accounts payable, finance administration or a similar high-volume transactional environment , along with strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

You’ll be comfortable balancing competing priorities and communicating clearly with suppliers, employees and internal stakeholders. You’ll also bring: Strong organisation and time-management skills. A methodical approach and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Confidence using business systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to follow issues through to resolution. Sound judgement, integrity and discretion when handling confidential financial information. Experience using an ERP system, working across multiple entities, or working with banking platforms, month-end journals or supplier master-data controls would be helpful, but these are not essential requirements .
