Key Responsibilities

Lead the monthly COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) and supplier charge-back end-to-end process. Conduct data validation, drive effective communication, escalation, and full completion of charge-back settlement every month. Manage and analyze purchase data on a regular basis, identify aged and abnormal open orders, and drive cross-functional alignment for timely closure to improve PO management efficiency and reduce process waste.

Departmental support, including data analysis and reporting, contract management, non-PO applications, routine report output, and internal coordination to ensure smooth team operation and high process efficiency. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above. Open to candidates from all academic disciplines with strong analytical and learning capabilities.

Fresh graduates with rich internship experience, and high learning agility are encouraged to apply. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, excellent logical thinking, and strong attention to detail. Demonstrated interest in digitalization and process improvement. Willingness to learn and leverage digital tools, data visualization, and systematic approaches to streamline workflows and enhance procurement efficiency.

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus. Candidates with strong verbal and written English communication capabilities are preferred.
