Associate Business Analyst

Duties will include: Requirements gathering : Work closely with various stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements and needs. Data and information analysis : Analyse processes and conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights as per project requirements. Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements, assist in the design and implementation of re-engineered processes and in similar initiatives for achieving operational efficiency.

Solution Design : Assist stakeholders and departments in the design and implementation of technology solutions. Reporting : Assist in the design and recommendation of reports and dashboards to track business performance, support decision-making and monitor benefits realisation. Stakeholder Communication : Participate in effective communication between business units, technical teams, and external stakeholders.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure that all business processes and solutions comply with relevant regulations and standards. Any other cognate duties Technical and behavioural skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive and go-getter. Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL and BI. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentation skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Experience with AI tools for achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

University degree in Management, IT or any other business-related field. A Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma would be a definite advantage. A minimum of 2 years work experience either as an Associate Business Analyst or as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry. Some experiences in projects environment would be a plus.
