Senior Specialist, Business Relationship Manager

Act as the primary Digital Business Partner for the Finance, Controlling, and Human Resources functions across the MEA Zone, driving the digital agenda and enabling business transformation through technology. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize value realization across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Financial Reporting, and HR domains.

Lead and support initiatives related to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity compliance and certifications, digital governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment with Schneider Electric's strategic objectives and digital transformation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders on all Schneider Digital-related topics across the MEA Zone. Act as a trusted digital consultant, promoting the adoption of digital tools and fostering a digital mindset. Manage and prioritize business demands, translating business requirements into actionable digital solutions. Drive the deployment and adoption of digital transformation and AI initiatives while ensuring measurable business value.

Support business stakeholders in defining digital roadmaps and implementation priorities. Coordinate project execution with global and regional Schneider Digital teams. Monitor project progress, communicate updates, and ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. Facilitate agile decision-making and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead service performance reviews and collaborate with internal and external service providers. Identify opportunities to optimize applications, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs. Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, key users, and technical teams across the region. Ensure alignment with global Schneider Digital strategies, standards, and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, IT Consulting, Business Partnering, or Project Management. Strong Good understanding of Finance, Controlling, HR, and associated business processes, combined with the ability to identify, shape, and deliver digital transformation opportunities.

Experience in business partnering, enterprise applications, ERP's, process optimization, AI-enabled solutions, cybersecurity governance, and compliance programs is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders, translate business needs into digital solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes in a complex, multicultural environment.

Experience in Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, IT Consulting, or Project Management. Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise digital solutions. Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams in a matrix organization. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and digital project delivery is an advantage. Experience with AI initiatives or digital adoption programs is a plus. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
