Automotive Sales Manager

Modern Ford of Boone is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop our sales team. This role will focus on driving sales volume, gross profit, customer satisfaction, and overall team performance.

Responsibilities include

assisting with negotiations and deal structure, monitoring sales metrics, training Sales Consultants, handling customer escalations, and maintaining accountability within the department. 3+ years of automotive sales or management experience preferred.
