Role Overview Seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy aftersales team.

You will be the face and voice of our service department—greeting customers, managing inbound/outbound calls, booking vehicles into the workshop, updating owners on progress, and ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years in motor trade aftersales or dynamic customer-facing service roles. Communication Skills: Excellent telephone manner, strong IT literacy, and the ability to explain technical repairs simply. Mindset: Smartly presented, conscientious, highly organised, and driven to achieve customer satisfaction and booking targets.

Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (Required). Location & Commute Base: Ferring / Worthing Area (Free secure on-site parking) Road Links: Strategically situated directly off the main A259, with fast links to the A24 and A27 offering easy commutes across West Sussex. Public Transport: Close to Goring-by-Sea and West Worthing mainline train stations with regular regional bus routes right on the doorstep.
