What We're Looking For

Previous technical support experience is welcome but not required. Basic Requirements Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness and ability to work during U.S. business hours, which typically requires night-shift coverage in India. Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and technologies. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

(Nice to Have) Previous experience interacting with customers over the phone, email, or chat. Experience supporting U.S. or other international customers. Experience in a customer service, call center, help desk, or technical support role. Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, or customer service tools.
