• Lead to help drive daily warehouse operations at our Jackson, GA facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong warehouse professional who is ready to step into a leadership role while remaining hands-on in the operation. You'll work alongside the Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate workflow, direct daily activities, train associates, and support a safe, productive, and efficient operation. What You'll Do

Coordinate and direct daily work assignments for an assigned team Support daily inbound, outbound, and inventory control operations Assist in achieving productivity, quality, safety, and inventory accuracy goals Train and onboard new associates on operational processes and procedures Cross-train team members to support operational flexibility Ensure compliance with established SOPs, work instructions, and company policies Monitor workflow and communicate priorities to team members Support cycle counts, inventory control activities, and customer requirements Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse technology to support daily operations Promote a positive team environment and lead by example Reinforce safe work practices and maintain housekeeping standards What We're Looking For Minimum one year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment Experience in automotive logistics is a plus Previous experience as a Lead, Trainer, Team Lead, or informal team leader preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to coach, train, and support team members Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred Working knowledge of 5S and Lean principles preferred High School Diploma or GED required Why Join LOGISTEED America?

• Lead plays an important role in supporting team success, developing associates, and helping ensure operational excellence. This is a leadership role, but not a formal supervisory position. The successful candidate will provide daily direction, guidance, and training to associates while partnering with the Warehouse Supervisor to achieve operational goals.
