Job description

Special Education Paraprofessional � Life Skills Program Benton Community School Corporation is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and student-centered Special Education Paraprofessional to support students within the Life Skills program. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Life Skills Teacher and related service staff to support students with academic, behavioral, communication, social-emotional, and daily living needs in a structured educational environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with children or students with disabilities preferred Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Strong communication, patience, flexibility, and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Willingness to participate in required trainings Any questions may be directed to Kristie Barr, Director of Special Programs & Services, at kbarr@benton.
