Position Summary

The site maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep and repair of buildings located on property and systems within those buildings. They will fix day-to-day issues like plumbing issues, and manage regular maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, painting, and carpentry.

Qualifications

Duties include but are not limited to: Perform repairs inside/outside buildings. Repair restroom stall doors, locks and hinges. Irrigation repair Painting inside/outside of buildings. Groundskeeping. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.

Light plumbing and toilet repair. Communicate status of repairs, etc to workorders phone number or email provided. Paint and repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, and other parts of building structures. REQUIRED: ***MUST HAVE TWIC CARD OR ABILITY TO OBTAIN ONE. Valid Drivers License Must be own and operate a cellphone.
