Job Description: The selected candidate will support the HR Business Partner in People Management with particular focus on the following main activities:

• Act as first point of contact with the Personnel especially for ordinary day by day requests
• Contribute to the collection of recruitment and training needs
• Contribute to the delivery of development initiatives
• Manage all the administrative activities related to People Management in coordination with Personnel Administration
• Manage all the SAP/Workday activities related to People Management updates Seniority: Primary Location: IT
