We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Plant Manager to oversee the operations of the Signal Hill power plant.

Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations, and promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. Monitor plant performance and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with ERCOT and other stakeholders to ensure the plant meets market demands during peak periods and supply volatility. Develop and manage the plant's budget, including forecasting and controlling operational costs. Lead and mentor a team of Plant Technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in plant operations, maintenance practices, and environmental performance. Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, regulatory agencies, and the community.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence.
