We are seeking to appoint exam Invigilators to join our supportive and friendly exams team within the Matravers family.

We are looking for professional, ambitious and caring people with a passion for transforming our pupils learning and enabling a positive exam experience. The main duties and responsibilities of the exams invigilator include:

• To complete online training.
• Help set out candidate cards.
• Give out question papers and stationery.
• Ensure an orderly entry to the exam.
• To patrol the room and ensure exam regulations are carried out e.g., no communication between students, provide equipment as necessary.
• To inform the Senior Invigilator if there is a problem that cannot be easily rectified.
• To collect papers and spare stationery.
• To ensure students have completed the front of their booklets.
• To check tables are free of graffiti and are tidy.
• To help with any other clearing of the room.
• Help release students in an orderly manner.
