You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Ability to pass the State exam for an auto, home, and life insurance license
• MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English
• People-oriented and professional
• Self-motivated and ready to learn
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment compensation: hourly plus commission
