Major responsibilities: Timely execution of Process Planning and standard time calculation (by time study/ estimation/ MOST) for manual and machining area. Analysis of MIS and initiate Process improvement. Timely preparation of process routings for new material & aggregates Layout development for Lean mfg. multi-tasking and skill elimination.

Marginal analysis and capacity calculation for plant. Identify & Execution of Lean projects, waste elimination in existing process. Cost reduction program in sub-contracting and logistic service. Standard work instruction and process for all products. Selection of new equipment for required process. Functional Competencies: Knowledge of Tool-Engineering, Process Planning, Time Study & Time Estimation, knowledge of work Study Knowledge & Hands on experience of SAP-PP module & MS Office Knowledge of MOST Technique Knowledge of Auto –CAD.
