Project Manager - Self-Perform Concrete/Steel (Site Based; Travel Required)

The Project Manager (Self-Perform Concrete/Steel) is accountable for developing, maintaining, updating, distributing, and managing estimates, observing and monitoring the performance of the Superintendent, and overseeing change orders and the billing process. This individual will also be responsible for supervising ironworker performance, ensuring the project meets quality and performance specifications and regulatory requirements, managing the start-up of the project, reviewing costs against estimates for each total project, and updating labor productivity reports.
