Director, Non-Cocoa Commodities

The Director Non-Cocoa Commodities is responsible for developing, communicating, and executing procurement strategies for a variety of commodities including sugar, dairy, fats/oils, currency, energy, and functional ingredients. Provide overall commodity risk management through leading edge procurement and sourcing strategies.

Develop hedging programs consistent with the company’s objectives. The Director Non-Cocoa Commodities must be able to represent Blommer’s commodity positions and future assessments to our diverse customer base and sales team. The Director is an important public face for Blommer, representing its commodity positions/strategies and resources to our customers. This position works closely with the R & D, Finance, Operation and Sales teams.
