Job Identification JOB TITLE : Supervision and Examination Specialist II JOB LEVEL : 04 DEPARTMENT/OFFICE : Financial Supervision Department VI ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT : General Examination Staff JOB FAMILY : Bank Examination (Bank Supervision) Job Summary Assists in the conduct of onsite examination and offsite supervision of BSP-supervised financial institutions (BSFIs), categorized as simple to moderately complex, in terms of operations, products and services, which have less severe supervisory issues; Assists in the consolidation of findings, assessments, and recommended supervisory actions for the preparation of a comprehensive report of examination (ROE); Evaluates BSFIs’ requests or applications for registration, license, special authority and product approval Qualification Standards Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job: Accounting Banking Finance Business Economics Engineering Statistics Law Mathematics, or related courses Experience : 2 years of relevant experience: Supervision of financial institutions Financial or operational audit Systems analysis or process design Forensic financial investigation Financial analysis Economic analysis Credit analysis and/or investigation Operations research Compliance Risk management Banking operations Law practice and legal research Fund management Quality assurance IT operations or audit Investigative research, or related fields Training: 8 hours of relevant training/learning and development intervention Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
