Remote, Contract-based California Probate Administration Estate Planning Attorney Opportunity - 10+ Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated California-based Probate Administration/Estate Planning Attorney.

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week. Attorney Requirements: ​

• Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of California
• Minimum 5 years experience in Probate and Estate Planning law
• Familiar with all aspects of Probate and Estate Planning
• Post-death trust & probate administration experience
• Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
