Accounts Receivable Specialist

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial stability of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assure timely and accurate invoicing; Be the main contact for AR related matters; Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properly; Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and escalate as appropriate; Documenting and updating work procedures; Maintain customer files; Assist with month-end closing and monthly AR reports, reconciliations; Skills and Capabilities Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Desire to learn, grow and be a great team player; Good written and verbal communication skills; Essential Skills Ability to accurately process numerical data; Attention to detail and organizational skills; Fluency in English; What we offer Competitive salary (up to 2300 - 2800 EUR gross monthly depending on qualifications and experience) Private health insurance (one of the best in the industry!
