Regional Program Manager

The Regional Program Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, the on-site operational management and oversight of assigned Sound Physicians anesthesia program(s). The Regional Program Manager, in partnership with the Program Medical Director and/or Chief CRNA, may be the primary point of contact with the hospital, as assigned and directed by the RDO, or RVP, working directly with the C-suite, other key leaders and support staff to manage anesthesia operations, quality, safety, patient experience, provider well-being, and provider/provider group performance.

The Regional Program Manager will have a visible presence at the assigned hospitals and/or systems and will focus on establishing professional relationships with the anesthesia team, hospital C-suite executives, and surgeons.
