Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2021 after spending more than 20 years with State Farm. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a Claims Adjuster and Field Specialist, experiences that gave me a deep understanding of how to help customers through every stage of life. I'm a proud Baton Rouge native, a dedicated LSU fan, and enjoy international travel and spending time with my family.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for {{ account.name }}, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
