Retail Intern

The Retail Intern plays a key role in supporting daily branch operations and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for accurately maintaining and balancing a cash drawer, including the ability to independently count and manage large volumes of currency. The intern will develop a working knowledge of Ixonia Bank’s products and services, enabling them to assist customers in selecting appropriate accounts or solutions based on individual needs.

Versatility is critical, as the role includes both teller line transactions and support for account opening and maintenance tasks.
