Junior MyP&O Operations Analyst (Dutch & English) – Part-Time About the Role We are looking for a Junior MyP&O Operations Analyst to join our HR Operations team on a part-time, 6-month contract . In this role, you will provide HR operational support to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners across an international organization.
You will resolve HR-related inquiries, guide users through HR systems, and help deliver an outstanding employee experience while maintaining high service standards. Employment Details Contract duration: 6 months Employment type: Part-time Working model: Hybrid Key Responsibilities Respond to HR inquiries via ticketing systems and provide timely resolutions.
Support employees and managers in using Workday and ServiceNow. Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting SLA and customer satisfaction targets. Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee data in compliance with GDPR. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve HR processes. Monitor open cases and keep stakeholders informed until resolution.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business, or Communications). 1+ year of HR or customer support experience (Shared Services experience is a plus). Fluency in Dutch and English . Familiarity with HR processes and systems (Workday and ServiceNow are an advantage). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information with discretion.
