• Corona, CA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $22.00 - $25.00Hourly, Biolase MG is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving Clerk to join our team in Corona, CA. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments, as well as accurately entering inventory into our ERP system (Great Plains). The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory and supporting overall warehouse operations. Responsibilites Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips Process inventory into Great Plains (ERP system) Label, organize, and stock materials in designated warehouse locations Communicate discrepancies with purchasing or management Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits Support general warehouse operations as needed Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, including shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, and stock management Forklift Certified (Required) Microsoft GP highly preferred Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred Experience with ERP systems (Great Plains is a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay: $22.00 – $25.00 DOE Full-time, stable position w/OT opportunities Opportunity to grow within the company Health Benefits, Holiday Pay, Sick Pay, Paid Time Off, and more.
