Lead electrical design review and site implementation for paper mill construction, including HV/MV/LV systems Ensure power distribution, MCCs, drives, and control panels are installed per IEC/IEEE and project specifications Coordinate with EPC, OEMs, and civil/mechanical teams to resolve interface and constructability issues Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems up to energization Identify construction risks, ensure electrical safety compliance, and drive corrective actions on site Support project schedule, quality control, and handover documentation for electrical scope
