Respiratory Therapist (RT - Chesterfield, Missouri)

Description Med Resources , the premier provider of Respiratory and Home Medical Equipment in the Midwest and Georgia is seeking a reliable and highly motivated Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in improving patients’ quality of life through education, setup, and compliance support for respiratory equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform patient setups, education, and follow-up for CPAP/BiPAP therapy, oxygen equipment, and related supplies Provide instruction regarding proper use, cleaning, safety, and maintenance of equipment Complete mask fittings and assist patients with therapy comfort and compliance Review therapy reports and troubleshoot equipment or compliance concerns Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and healthcare professionals Maintain accurate documentation according to company policies, payer requirements, and accreditation standards Assist with clinical assessments and ongoing patient support Work collaboratively with customer service, operations, and management Our philosophy of Love, Care, and understanding extends not only to our dear clients, but to our staff as well.
