Position Summary
LADACIN is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our Early Intervention Program. This part-time position provides home-based speech and language therapy services to infants and toddlers from birth through age three with developmental delays as part of a collaborative transdisciplinary team.
Immediate openings are available in Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to infants and toddlers receiving Early Intervention services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support communication and developmental goals
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to provide family-centered services
- Complete evaluations, progress notes, and required documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in transdisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
- Educate and coach families to support communication development during everyday routines
- Maintain compliance with Early Intervention guidelines and agency standards
- Comply with Agency Policies and Procedures and Code of Ethics Required Qualifications
- Current New Jersey Speech Language Pathologist license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively within a transdisciplinary team
- Must pass required background clearances and screenings What We Offer
