Lead Chemical Operator (Rotating Schedule)

In this role, you'll operate advanced equipment and systems while leading shift operations to produce high-quality chemical products in a safe and efficient environment. This position features a rotating schedule (1st & 2nd shifts) and includes a 4% shift differential when working 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise shift operations and team members Measure and mix materials with precision Maintain and optimize system parameters Collaborate with QC and R&D teams to ensure product excellence Safely load and offload chemicals Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Train and mentor team members Work Schedule Requirement: This role requires flexibility to work a rotating schedule on a monthly and/or quarterly basis, alternating between: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (includes a 4% shift premium) All shifts are Monday through Friday .

Qualifications
