HR Generalist

The HR Generalist provides day-to-day human resources support to assigned employees and managers within the Employee Relations function. The position independently handles routine and moderately complex HR matters involving policy administration, attendance, performance management, corrective action, employee lifecycle support, and employee questions.

The HR Generalist is responsible for recognizing employee relations concerns that require formal investigation and promptly escalating those matters to the HR Senior Generalist or HR Manager.
